Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in public accounting, consulting, corporate FP&A, corporate development, or private equity portfolio operations
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Demonstrated experience with M&A transactions and/or restructuring
- Strong project management and leadership experience
- Comfort with adopting AI tools for productivity
- Consistent success in building client relationships
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
- CPA or CA certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the development of KPI dashboards for PE Sponsor and management reporting
- Guide clients or junior team members in developing a robust 13-week cash flow model
- Lead bespoke financial due diligence and provide office of the CFO recommendations
- Lead or guide management in planning and executing post-closing M&A integration support
- Lead strategic exit readiness assessments and prepare roadmaps for successful exit
- Advise on complex accounting policy adoption at portfolio companies
- Serve in Interim Controller or FP&A roles with a focus on process development
- Contribute to developing and implementing AI-enabled solutions for clients
