Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6–8+ years of progressive HR technology and/or HRIS experience.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, People Analytics, Time, Payroll).
- Experience leading HR system implementations and post-implementation optimization.
- Experience managing HR technology vendors, contracts, and service delivery.
- Strong HR analytics foundation including designing dashboards and defining metrics.
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Workday Prism.
- Working knowledge of HR data governance, integrity practices, and reporting standards.
- Experience partnering with IT on enterprise application integrations and security.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Help shape and evolve the HR technology strategy and roadmap.
- Lead research, requirements gathering, and business case development for HR technology investments.
- Manage end-to-end HR technology projects including system implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and performance expectations.
- Strengthen HR analytics capabilities, including dashboarding and insight generation.
- Define and standardize HR metrics and KPIs.
- Partner with IT on data architecture, security, access governance, and integrations.
- Lead change management activities for system enhancements and promote data literacy.
