Requirements
- BS in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in pre-sales, customer success, or technical support.
- Ability to influence stakeholders via technical sales acumen.
- Experience managing hardware and/or software product evaluations.
- Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with cloud software, IoT hardware, computer networking, and API integrations.
- Strong identification of customer value and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles.
- Build long-lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Work with sales teams to define territory and account strategy.
- Perform discoveries, demonstrations, value assessments, and POC implementations.
- Guide customers through hardware installation best practices.
- Develop and document API-based scripts for real-world technical solutions.
