Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience
- Built and maintained CI/CD pipelines in production
- Proficiency in Terraform including state management and module design
- Experience building and deploying cloud-native platform environments in production
- Implementation experience with observability (metrics, logs, traces, alerts)
- Familiarity with Open Telemetry
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Deep understanding of source control management and branching strategies
- Experience integrating AI coding tools into DevOps workflows
- Travel availability: 25-50%
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and GitLab
- Design, implement, and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Build and deploy cloud-native platform environments
- Implement and improve observability across client environments
- Build developer platform tooling and automation
- Integrate AI tooling into DevOps workflows and delivery pipelines
- Guide clients on DevOps best practices
- Train and mentor client and colleague engineers
- Lead change to remove impediments for the adoption of DevOps
