Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering, IT engineering, or DevOps.
- Hands-on DevOps background including Git-based config management and CI/CD.
- Direct experience administering Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI) at an organizational level.
- Working knowledge of AI risk factors (prompt injection, data leakage, agentic failure).
- Production-quality coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with GCP and Cloud native environments.
- Familiarity with SSO/SCIM provisioning (e.g., Okta).
- Strong written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor Claude and ChatGPT roadmaps to anticipate platform changes.
- Manage AI platform console environments, SSO/SCIM provisioning, and API key lifecycle.
- Develop token tracking and financial dashboards for AI usage and spend.
- Build and maintain internal MCP servers to extend AI capabilities.
- Architect security guardrails to prevent sensitive data leakage into AI prompts.
- Serve as IT Engineering's primary liaison to the AI Adoption Committee.
- Collaborate with the Governance & Trust team to implement AI policies.
