Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience administering HRIS platforms in an organization with 5,000+ employees.
- Experience managing HR systems across Talent Management, HCM, Compensation, and L&D modules.
- Experience with end-to-end HRIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Proficiency in HRIS configuration, workflows, and reporting tools.
- Advanced knowledge of data management, analytics, and reporting.
- Experience with Business Intelligence systems like PowerBI or Looker.
- Understanding of system integrations using APIs and middleware.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Support HRIS migration: configuration, data extraction/transformation/loading, and testing.
- Configure processes and workflows in new HRIS ensuring policy compliance.
- Roll out and scale an internal service desk.
- Recommend improvements to reduce manual efforts and increase automation.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and testing.
- Train HR team members and end-users on system functionality.
- Act as primary contact for troubleshooting and technical support.
- Manage HR data quality, audits, and reporting dashboards.
- Oversee compliance with HR data regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
