Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or project finance within CRO, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, budgeting processes, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, review, and management of project budgets, revisions, and changes in scope.
- Provide financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting support, including revenue tracking and profitability analysis.
- Partner with project teams, account leads, and finance stakeholders to ensure adherence to financial processes.
- Assist in contract setup, SOW updates, and financial compliance activities.
- Track and report financial data including hours, revenue recognition, and forecasts.
- Support audits, quality reviews, and SOP maintenance.
- Contribute to business development efforts by providing financial inputs for proposals.
