Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 10+, macOS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Azure/Entra ID environments
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents in enterprise environments
  • Experience supporting VIP or executive-level users
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze service requests and perform technical diagnosis for moderately complex incidents
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for escalated tickets
  • Deliver dedicated VIP support and direct interaction with executive users
  • Monitor, track, and ensure timely resolution of incidents
  • Support desktop infrastructure including Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Intune, and SCCM
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance for application deployments and imaging updates
  • Maintain system functionality and support endpoint management tools
  • Contribute to documentation, technical bulletins, and knowledge base updates
  • Perform trend analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • Support IT standards, reporting, and compliance
