Requirements
- Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 10+, macOS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Azure/Entra ID environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents in enterprise environments
- Experience supporting VIP or executive-level users
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze service requests and perform technical diagnosis for moderately complex incidents
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for escalated tickets
- Deliver dedicated VIP support and direct interaction with executive users
- Monitor, track, and ensure timely resolution of incidents
- Support desktop infrastructure including Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Intune, and SCCM
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for application deployments and imaging updates
- Maintain system functionality and support endpoint management tools
- Contribute to documentation, technical bulletins, and knowledge base updates
- Perform trend analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Support IT standards, reporting, and compliance
