Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in RFP management, bid coordination, or sales operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of contracts and pricing structures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of RFP, RFQ, and bid processes from intake to final submission.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Sales, Contracts, Pricing, Legal, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze RFP requirements and assess compliance criteria.
  • Build, manipulate, and reconcile large datasets in Excel for pricing validation and margin analysis.
  • Facilitate RFP kick-off meetings and manage workflows for concurrent bids.
  • Report win/loss outcomes and maintain proposal documentation standards.
