Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in RFP management, bid coordination, or sales operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Understanding of contracts and pricing structures.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of RFP, RFQ, and bid processes from intake to final submission.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Sales, Contracts, Pricing, Legal, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze RFP requirements and assess compliance criteria.
- Build, manipulate, and reconcile large datasets in Excel for pricing validation and margin analysis.
- Facilitate RFP kick-off meetings and manage workflows for concurrent bids.
- Report win/loss outcomes and maintain proposal documentation standards.
