Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in ERP consulting
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX
- Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects
- Strong expertise across Dynamics 365 F&O modules
- Understanding of Microsoft ecosystem technologies including Power Platform and Azure services
- Experience leading cross-functional consultant teams
- Background in presales activities including solution diagnostics
- Strong technical and business documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong analytical mindset and leadership capabilities
Responsibilities
- Act as the solution design authority for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects
- Lead and coordinate teams of functional and technical consultants throughout the full ERP project lifecycle
- Provide expert advisory support to customers on business system design, transformation strategy, and implementation best practices
- Contribute to and promote internal best practices, methodologies, and delivery standards
- Participate actively in presales activities, including solution design workshops
- Ensure successful integration of Microsoft technologies like Power Platform and Azure
- Produce high-quality technical and functional documentation
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
