Requirements
- Experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or solutions consulting in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of APIs, developer platforms, and integration workflows
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and structured execution
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
- Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and on-chain infrastructure (Solana a plus)
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple inbound requests and prioritize effectively across stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify the inbound partnership pipeline, serving as the first point of contact for developers, protocols, fintechs, wallets, and other integration partners exploring the platform.
- Route and prioritize leads effectively, ensuring alignment between partner needs, product fit, and internal team ownership across engineering and product functions.
- Maintain accurate and well-structured CRM records, ensuring all interactions, follow-ups, and handoffs are fully documented and traceable.
- Track partner progress post-handoff, proactively identifying blockers and ensuring smooth progression toward integration and deployment.
- Synthesize feedback, recurring requests, and ecosystem trends into structured insights shared with product and leadership teams.
- Prepare concise partner briefs, pipeline summaries, and status updates to support internal alignment and decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, developer relations, and marketing to ensure consistent messaging and execution across partner engagements.
