Requirements
- 2+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience defining projects, driving requirements, and writing functional specs.
- Experience coordinating projects across teams and organizations.
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to create product vision.
- Entrepreneurial experience building products from 0-1.
- Fin-tech and / or big tech experience preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of Agile (Scrum) project methodology.
- Sound understanding of payment technology and APIs development.
- Proficiency with RESTful API and JSON.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.
Responsibilities
- Work with data/engineering team to establish and measure key performance metrics.
- Develop long term strategies to improve and optimize product solutions.
- Serve as primary owner of assigned product domain assessing market needs.
- Work with internal stakeholders on project alignment and requirements.
- Track progress against plan and resolve variances.
- Prioritize new features based on usability, functionality, and user experience.
- Maintain a complete backlog of activities, processes, and workflows.
