Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partner alliances, channel sales, or strategic partnerships within enterprise SaaS or B2B technology environments.
- Proven success in building and scaling referral or partner-led revenue programs that generate measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders at consulting firms and technology partners.
- Deep understanding of partner marketing, GTM strategy, and co-selling models in complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to build structured, scalable programs and manage multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a track record of cross-functional leadership.
- Strong business planning and analytical skills, including ability to define KPIs and track partner performance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building programs from the ground up in fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and scale a high-impact partner referral program targeting consulting firms, advisors, and strategic ecosystem partners in the employee experience and communications space.
- Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with key consultancies, agencies, and technology partners to drive consistent pipeline generation and mutual business value.
- Build structured processes for opportunity registration, pipeline tracking, performance reporting, and partner governance.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner enablement materials, case studies, and coordinated campaigns, events, and content programs.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with strategic technology partners, including co-selling, demand generation, and integrated solution positioning.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on partner-sourced deals and customer lifecycle success.
- Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards to measure partner contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Represent the organization externally at industry events, partner forums, and executive engagements to strengthen brand presence and ecosystem relationships.
