Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer health, CPG, or related sales/account management roles.
  • Strong track record of managing key retail or national accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as IRI or similar platforms.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability or openness to using digital tools and AI-enabled technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Build and execute joint business plans in collaboration with Sales Strategy and Category Management.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities.
  • Lead execution of promotional strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage trade spend, promotional budgets, and investment strategies.
  • Support forecasting, performance tracking, and goal setting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and sales.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making.
