Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consumer health, CPG, or related sales/account management roles.
- Strong track record of managing key retail or national accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as IRI or similar platforms.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability or openness to using digital tools and AI-enabled technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Build and execute joint business plans in collaboration with Sales Strategy and Category Management.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities.
- Lead execution of promotional strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage trade spend, promotional budgets, and investment strategies.
- Support forecasting, performance tracking, and goal setting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and sales.
- Leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making.
