Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, deal desk, or product-related commercial roles.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing structures, and revenue recognition principles.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams in a global environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite or SAP.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Experience in IT sales, channel ecosystems, or cybersecurity business environments is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for deal desk operations supporting regional and global sales teams.
- Manage the end-to-end quotation process, coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support deal structuring, pricing validation, and RFP execution.
- Maintain proactive communication with vendors and partners for strategic opportunities.
- Utilize internal tools and systems (NetSuite, SharePoint) to manage deal workflows and documentation.
- Support financial or operational reporting for senior management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for deal desk efficiency.
- Promote deal desk processes and best practices across teams.
