Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, and eLearning development
- Strong portfolio showcasing eLearning modules, visual design work, and interactive learning assets
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Captivate
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles applied to learning experiences
- Knowledge of SCORM standards and LMS-based course deployment
- Strong visual storytelling skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, multi-project environment
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality visual learning assets such as infographics, icons, illustrations, slide decks, and templates
- Build interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Captivate
- Own the full lifecycle of eLearning course development from storyboarding to final deployment
- Create animations, motion graphics, and multimedia elements
- Ensure consistent UI/UX design principles across all learning content
- Optimize courses for LMS compatibility, SCORM standards, and mobile responsiveness
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
