Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, brand strategy, or content-driven growth roles.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable impact on business growth.
  • Strong expertise in content strategy, storytelling, and brand messaging across digital ecosystems.
  • Experience managing paid media, social media, PR, influencer marketing, and ecommerce initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Product, and external agency partners.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as CMS platforms, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), analytics dashboards, and project management tools.
  • Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or consumer health industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to manage and develop small teams and external contributors.
  • Comfortable using data and AI tools to optimize workflows, content creation, and marketing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy spanning brand, content, social, PR, influencer, paid media, and ecommerce channels.
  • Translate business objectives into coordinated campaign strategies that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue performance.
  • Own brand messaging architecture, positioning, and storytelling to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Lead content strategy and editorial planning across web, email, social media, campaigns, and events for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Manage social media strategy and execution, including content calendars, engagement optimization, and performance growth across major platforms.
  • Oversee PR and influencer programs, ensuring strong earned media presence and strategic brand amplification.
  • Drive paid media strategy across search, social, and programmatic channels, optimizing performance and return on ad spend.
  • Own funnel performance, including MQL generation, lead quality, lifecycle flow, and reporting in collaboration with Sales teams.
  • Lead ecommerce growth strategy, including promotions, onsite optimization, and revenue tracking.
  • Manage and develop a small hybrid team and external partners, ensuring alignment, execution quality, and operational efficiency.
