Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 12, bridging organizational strategy and AI integration within the SDLC.
- Implement Team Topologies (Stream-aligned, Platform, Enabling).
- Manage scaling and R&D architecture with a focus on cognitive load management.
- Utilize health metrics and efficiency benchmarks for leadership.
- Integrate LLMs and Agentic workflows into engineering processes (automated coding, testing, incident response).
- Oversee architectural design and provide technical oversight.
- Collaborate with Product/UX to translate roadmaps into technical requirements.
- Develop career frameworks and growth tracks for team members.
- Mentor Team Leads and identify high-potential talent.
- Promote a culture of radical candor and knowledge sharing.
