Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B sales, ideally within payments, fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Experience selling API-led, platform, or technical solutions into enterprise or channel environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex buying cycles.
- Strong understanding of international payments, FX, and mass payment workflows.
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, business case development, and opportunity sizing.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across enterprise clients, platforms, and channel partners.
- Build and execute a UK go-to-market strategy focused on integrated payments, API adoption, and mass payment use cases.
- Develop a continuously growing pipeline using data driven targeting, outbound prospecting, and strategic networking.
- Identify and engage prospects across payroll platforms, HRIS providers, workforce management systems, marketplaces, and enterprise clients.
- Lead commercial negotiations and work with legal, finance, and product teams to structure contracts.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce.
