Requirements
- At least 1-year experience in graphic design or design support roles
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual consistency
- Intermediate to Advanced reading and comprehension skills
- Good to Strong written English skills
- Conversational spoken English skills with a neutral or clearly understandable accent
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured briefs
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows is a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Canva
- Working computer capable of running design software
- Reliable internet connection
- Working webcam for meetings
Responsibilities
- Create design assets using existing templates and established brand guidelines with the assistance of AI tools
- Produce social media posts, simple advertisements, basic flyers, and presentations
- Resize, adapt, and optimize assets for multiple platforms and formats
- Apply feedback accurately and promptly across design revisions
- Organize and manage design files within shared folders or asset repositories
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives as needed
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders during check-ins and brief reviews
- Perform ad hoc design-related tasks
