Requirements

- Minimum of five (5) years of equivalent experience if lacking a degree.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business process improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence roles.
- Proficiency with process mapping, workflow analysis, and Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with business process management tools and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, improve, and implement business processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and develop process improvement strategies.
- Implement solutions using data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
- Support change management initiatives.
- Monitor process performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization.
