Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical/mechanical engineering or chemistry (Master's preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in cement manufacturing process control or quality management.
- Advanced knowledge of cement manufacturing, cement chemistry, and mill circuit operation.
- Ability to interpret lab outputs such as XRD, clinker microscopy, and calorimetry.
- Proficiency with cement standards like ASTM and CSA.
- Strong knowledge of milling equipment, particle classifiers, and pyro processes.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Understanding of industry trends including low clinker content production.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical ambassador for the Euclid Chemical cement additive sales team.
- Provide technical feedback and troubleshooting information for customers.
- Act as a technical expert on the latest cement manufacturing technologies and equipment.
- Deliver support through industrial trials, mill audits, and data analysis.
- Compile and analyze trial process data and prepare detailed reports.
- Design and execute plant industrial trials and mill audits.
- Collaborate with technical and lab managers to develop new products.
- Maintain and operate portable pump equipment inventory.
