Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or applied data science
- Significant experience as a senior IC, principal, or staff-level architect
- Experience designing and shipping production AI systems (agentic AI, LLMs)
- Hands-on expertise with modern AI tooling (foundation models, RAG, vector stores, orchestration)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (Python, APIs, CI/CD, cloud platforms)
- Solid working knowledge of finance and FP&A concepts
- Experience working with finance-relevant data like general ledger and sub-ledgers
- Understanding of responsible AI, model risk management, and security considerations
Responsibilities
- Architect and build agentic AI systems that automate finance workflows
- Design multi-agent orchestration systems with guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints
- Design and implement machine learning models for revenue, expense, and driver-based forecasting
- Lead the evolution from traditional forecasting to predictive and probabilistic approaches
- Partner with Engineering and Security to productionize agents
- Establish and enforce responsible AI practices for Finance
- Serve as the senior-most AI technical voice within Finance
