Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical direction for foundational systems that support experiences across Babylist
- Lead, coach, and develop engineers and engineering managers across the Account Foundations, Frontend Platform, and Special Projects teams
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to align technical investments with company priorities and long-term strategy
- Guide teams through complex architectural choices, balancing scalability, maintainability, and customer impact
- Lead exploratory and high-priority initiatives from concept through execution
- Establish clear processes, communication patterns, and accountability mechanisms
- Build systems, practices, and capabilities that enable multiple product teams to deliver better experiences
