Requirements
- Associate degree preferred
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in DME or Revenue Cycle Management
- Project management experience preferred
- Strong presentation skills with ability to engage various audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and prioritize
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with at least one industry-standard billing system (e.g., Brightree, TIMS, HDMS, Niko)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience collaborating with global or international teams
- Familiarity with California payer HME/DME requirements preferred
- Capitation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders
- Lead strategic planning and execution of billing operations in DME, Sleep, and Infusion sectors
- Develop, implement, and uphold standardized policies and procedures
- Optimize billing workflows across a diverse client base
- Maintain consistent billing performance and cash flow
- Identify opportunities to enhance collections
- Proactively recognize risks impacting reimbursement outcomes
- Prioritize initiatives and drive operational excellence
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including operations and sales
