Responsibilities
- Build and foster trust and loyalty with enterprise clients
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and solutions
- Lead complex client projects with effective risk mitigation
- Drive retention and identify account expansion opportunities
- Develop and maintain deep platform product expertise
- Analyze client feedback to inform product development and prioritization
- Design and deliver client training sessions and webinars
- Monitor and report on key operational and performance metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, implementation, and product teams
