Requirements
- 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy.
- Independent clinical license to practice in good standing at the Master or Doctoral level.
- BC-TMH credential if required by the state of license.
- Ability to offer at least 10 sessions per week.
- Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness).
- Experience with risk management and higher acuity cases.
- Knowledge and commitment to providing culturally responsive care.
- Familiarity with care delivery technology (video conferencing, EMR).
- Secure location with reliable internet for Zoom-based therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.
- Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session.
- Maintain personalized database of licensure, updates, and expiration dates.
- Keep availability calendar up to date.
- Work with a collaborative care team including health coaches, therapists, and psychiatrists.
