Requirements

  • Higher education in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as Payment Manager, PSP Manager, or similar.
  • Experience in iGaming, betting, or high-risk industries.
  • Deep understanding of PSP ecosystem, acquiring, and gateways.
  • Proven experience in searching, evaluating, and onboarding PSPs.
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms (fees, reserves, limits).
  • Knowledge of payment risks including fraud and chargebacks.
  • Experience working with Product/Technical teams on integrations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English for professional communication.

Responsibilities

  • Search, analyze, and attract new payment providers.
  • Evaluate and select effective payment solutions considering GEOs and risks.
  • Independently manage provider partnerships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and optimize cooperation with PSPs.
  • Coordinate the full onboarding cycle from analysis to production launch.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Technical teams for integrations.
  • Optimize internal workflows for payment provider management.
  • Maintain internal knowledge base and documentation.
  • Mentor and support new team members.
