Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in a product-driven environment.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer working in agile environments.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end software delivery, from planning and estimation to production deployment.
- Strong technical background with understanding of system architecture, scalable design, and software engineering principles.
- Experience collaborating closely with product teams to iterate quickly and deliver customer value.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated success in mentoring engineers and building high-performing, collaborative teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multiple engineering squads, fostering a culture of ownership, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive end-to-end software delivery, ensuring clear planning, execution, and timely release of high-quality product features.
- Partner closely with product management and cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Architect scalable and maintainable systems by guiding technical decisions and ensuring alignment with long-term platform strategy.
- Remove delivery blockers, manage execution risks, and ensure engineering teams remain focused on outcomes and velocity.
- Promote engineering excellence by applying strong software design principles, agile methodologies, and best practices.
- Support team growth through coaching, performance management, and development of engineering talent.
