Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in health IT.
- 3+ years of experience in home health and/or home care solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and pricing.
- Expertise in product roadmap planning, prioritization, and customer journey mapping.
- Strong data analytics skills for driving product decisions.
- In-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum principles.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Aha!.
- Familiarity with API integration development and web application frameworks.
- Ability to influence across departments and work with overseas engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex product features and initiatives.
- Support management of API marketplace, developer platform, and interoperability interfaces.
- Develop GTM strategy for partnership opportunities.
- Define and track product KPIs and performance metrics.
- Mentor and support a team of Product Managers.
- Conduct roadmap reviews, product demos, and stakeholder workshops.
- Prepare and present business cases to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with engineering to balance new features with technical debt and security.
