- 5+ years of experience in mobile growth marketing.
- Strong track record in strategic leadership.
- Deep expertise in at least one core discipline: ASO, Paid UA, or CRM/Retention.
- Hands-on experience in core marketing disciplines.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor senior-level team members.
- Strong client management experience across multiple markets.
- Demonstrated structured problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness regarding revenue, project risk, and margins.
- Comfort and experience with generative AI tools.
- Hands-on mindset with ability to lead from the front.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic direction of your pod and lead client growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across ASO, Performance Marketing, and Retention.
- Manage client KPIs and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Navigate difficult client conversations and manage crises under pressure.
- Mentor and coach Senior Consultants.
- Turn ambiguous inputs and messy data into clear, actionable plans.
- Monitor KPIs and course-correct performance across accounts.
- Integrate generative AI tools to improve creative and analytical processes.
- Support business development and project scoping.
