Requirements

  • 5+ years of functional knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience in User Configs, Data Import, and Export
  • Experience managing a team of support engineers
  • Experience with SaaS based technology solutions, preferably in Life Sciences
  • Experience working closely with Customer and Engineering teams
  • Experience presenting operational status to leadership
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or business focus
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred
  • Ability to prioritize work in a multi-tasking environment
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as SME for CRM system and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform
  • Support team members in knowledge transfer process
  • Ensure L2 Operational support team resolves incidents and requests within SLAs
  • Manage collaboration between L2 and L3 product teams
  • Guide Operational Specialists in resolving tickets
  • Resolve complex technical tickets not addressed by junior members
  • Meet with key stakeholders to review incidents and requests
  • Manage prompt resolution of escalated customer tickets
