Requirements
- Experience in solution-based selling or consulting within payer or provider organizations.
- Experience in value-based care.
- Strong research, analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Superuser of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- 5+ years in management consulting with payers/providers preferred.
- 3+ years in account management, business development, growth, or partnership roles in healthcare.
- Knowledge of healthcare trends like Medicare Advantage, Special Needs Plans, and CMMI programs.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and prospecting to identify potential partnership opportunities with payer and provider organizations.
- Originate and align growth strategies reflecting market, product, and competitive insights.
- Qualify and prioritize leads based on fit with company solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle including outreach, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and agreement finalization.
- Develop a deep understanding of company technology and services to communicate value propositions.
- Analyze market dynamics including competitive, network, and utilization data.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Operations teams to support business development.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
- Create sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials.
