Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or security engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure infrastructure.
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
- Experience deploying and administering Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, and access governance.
- Experience with MDM/endpoint management solutions.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate security tradeoffs in business contexts.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure cloud architectures on AWS.
- Build infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy and administer Okta-based authentication systems (SSO, MFA).
- Automate employee lifecycle management via SCIM provisioning and governance workflows.
- Manage MDM solutions (e.g., Rippling, Jamf) and enforce device security baselines.
- Support audit and compliance activities (SOC 2, HIPAA, PIPEDA).
- Provide advisory guidance on security architecture and scoping to clients.
