Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Billing and Financial Counseling professionals
- Manage the full lifecycle of billing, collections, and eligibility verification
- Monitor denial trends and implement long-term solutions
- Maintain the integrity of billing software and ensure compliance
- Deliver comprehensive month-end insights to leadership
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Act as a resource for complex insurance issues and patient collections
- Monitor workloads and staffing coverage
