Requirements

  • Experience in the fire safety or security systems industry.
  • Ability to perform market analysis and contribute to business plans.
  • Knowledge of the Spanish fire markets.
  • Understanding of Ajax product lines: intrusion detection, CCTV, automation, and water systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the Iberia region.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Iberia Country Manager to define a comprehensive business plan and strategy for expanding Ajax's fire system offerings.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and challenges.
  • Contribute to the creation of long-term business strategies and tactical plans.
  • Gain a solid understanding of the broader Ajax product portfolio including intrusion detection, CCTV, automation, and water systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and technical support.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, installers, and end-users.
  • Regularly report on market conditions and sales performance.
