Requirements
- Spanish native and fluent English proficiency.
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in the fire safety or security systems industry.
- Ability to perform market analysis and contribute to business plans.
- Knowledge of the Spanish fire markets.
- Understanding of Ajax product lines: intrusion detection, CCTV, automation, and water systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the Iberia region.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Iberia Country Manager to define a comprehensive business plan and strategy for expanding Ajax's fire system offerings.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and challenges.
- Contribute to the creation of long-term business strategies and tactical plans.
- Gain a solid understanding of the broader Ajax product portfolio including intrusion detection, CCTV, automation, and water systems.
- Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and technical support.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, installers, and end-users.
- Regularly report on market conditions and sales performance.
