Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, psychology, or formalized training in mental health.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in healthcare operations, care coordination, or behavioral health.
  • Demonstrated success developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to design, optimize, and scale workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics and dashboards.
  • Experience leveraging technology, automation, AI-enabled tools, or EHRs.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Clinical, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Startup or high-growth healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience in women's health, behavioral health, or multidisciplinary care models is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Care Coordinators.
  • Maintain a reduced Care Coordinator caseload and serve as an escalation resource.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities to automate administrative work.
  • Partner with the Product team to design and refine technology solutions.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and develop scalable workflows.
  • Monitor operational metrics and use data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proactively identify and solve operational challenges.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of operational issues and patient concerns.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Build systems to enable the Care Coordination function to scale.
