Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, psychology, or formalized training in mental health.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in healthcare operations, care coordination, or behavioral health.
- Demonstrated success developing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to design, optimize, and scale workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics and dashboards.
- Experience leveraging technology, automation, AI-enabled tools, or EHRs.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Clinical, Operations, and Product teams.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Startup or high-growth healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience in women's health, behavioral health, or multidisciplinary care models is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Care Coordinators.
- Maintain a reduced Care Coordinator caseload and serve as an escalation resource.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities to automate administrative work.
- Partner with the Product team to design and refine technology solutions.
- Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and develop scalable workflows.
- Monitor operational metrics and use data to inform strategic decisions.
- Proactively identify and solve operational challenges.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of operational issues and patient concerns.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Build systems to enable the Care Coordination function to scale.
