Job Details

8+ years of experience in service delivery, process improvement, enterprise architecture, or automation-focused roles.
Strong experience analyzing managed services or IT service operations workflows and identifying optimization opportunities.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
Working knowledge of automation technologies including workflow automation, APIs, scripting, and RPA solutions.
Ability to translate operational challenges into clear, scalable technical architecture and automation designs.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills in global, cross-functional environments.
Experience working in global service delivery or managed services environments is highly desirable.
Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) and AI-driven automation use cases is a plus.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is an advantage).

Partner with service delivery and operations teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities across support workflows and processes.
Design scalable automation architectures leveraging tools such as ServiceNow, APIs, scripting, workflow automation, RPA, and emerging AI capabilities.
Analyze existing service delivery processes and recommend automation-driven improvements that reduce manual effort and operational risk.
Define and maintain automation roadmaps, governance models, and reusable design patterns aligned with global enterprise standards.
Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment between local delivery needs and standardized automation frameworks.
Provide architectural guidance and oversight to implementation teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and reusable across multiple services.
