Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven experience as a Software Architect, Lead Engineer, or Principal Engineer
- Strong expertise with Go (Golang) development
- Deep experience designing and operating systems in Microsoft Azure
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience leading technical initiatives
- Strong system design, architecture, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall system architecture and technical roadmap
- Design scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native solutions in Azure
- Architect and develop backend services using Go
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on system design and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Review architecture, code, and infrastructure decisions
- Mentor engineers and help elevate technical capabilities
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, scalability, and security
