Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive).
- Proven experience driving large-scale adoption of M365 tools.
- Experience with change management initiatives.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot or AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Understanding of M365 security, compliance, identity, and governance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, global, and matrixed environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own, configure, and continuously optimize Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, and Copilot.
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365 tools, with a strong focus on Copilot.
- Lead communication strategies for platform updates and best practices.
- Define and enforce standards, governance models, and operational best practices.
- Monitor platform usage and adoption trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable M365 solutions.
- Mentor and support technical team members.
