Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing and training cold callers.
- Strong knowledge of high-volume sales environments (call centers, B2B, B2C).
- Track record of building teams that consistently hit or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, dialers, and KPI dashboards.
- Ability to inspire and maintain a results first sales culture.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and onboard new cold callers and sales reps.
- Develop, refine, and update sales scripts and objection-handling playbooks.
- Conduct live call coaching, role-plays, and feedback sessions.
- Track individual and team KPIs (dials, conversations, deals closed, revenue).
- Implement performance management systems (daily scorecards, weekly reviews).
- Motivate and hold team accountable to activity and result targets.
- Report weekly results to leadership with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with operations to align sales with fulfillment and client satisfaction.
