Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing and training cold callers.
  • Strong knowledge of high-volume sales environments (call centers, B2B, B2C).
  • Track record of building teams that consistently hit or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, dialers, and KPI dashboards.
  • Ability to inspire and maintain a results first sales culture.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and onboard new cold callers and sales reps.
  • Develop, refine, and update sales scripts and objection-handling playbooks.
  • Conduct live call coaching, role-plays, and feedback sessions.
  • Track individual and team KPIs (dials, conversations, deals closed, revenue).
  • Implement performance management systems (daily scorecards, weekly reviews).
  • Motivate and hold team accountable to activity and result targets.
  • Report weekly results to leadership with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with operations to align sales with fulfillment and client satisfaction.
