Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience in Data & Analytics, Cloud, Software Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, or AI hiring.
- High-level understanding of current technology trends.
- Experience recruiting for consulting, professional services, or staff augmentation preferred.
- Excellent management, administrative, and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with modern ATS platforms (Lever strongly preferred).
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement effective recruiting methods and strategies.
- Collaborate with leaders to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Manage job posting and advertising processes.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and conduct interviews with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with People Operations on the offer process.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and nurture technology candidate pipelines.
