Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Experience in Data & Analytics, Cloud, Software Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, or AI hiring.
  • High-level understanding of current technology trends.
  • Experience recruiting for consulting, professional services, or staff augmentation preferred.
  • Excellent management, administrative, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with modern ATS platforms (Lever strongly preferred).
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement effective recruiting methods and strategies.
  • Collaborate with leaders to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Manage job posting and advertising processes.
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and conduct interviews with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with People Operations on the offer process.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and nurture technology candidate pipelines.
