Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and GTM roles in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and build high-quality talent pipelines beyond inbound applications
- Strong experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Ashby, including workflow and reporting management
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered recruiting tools to improve sourcing, outreach, and screening efficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions (10–15) simultaneously without compromising quality or speed
- Strong ownership mindset focused on outcomes such as hires, quality of hire, and time-to-fill
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing roles from intake to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on talent profiles, and ensure hiring strategy execution
- Manage 10–15 concurrent requisitions while maintaining strong candidate experience and hiring velocity
- Source and engage passive and active talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and AI-assisted sourcing tools
- Conduct structured candidate screenings and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Own the offer process end-to-end, including coordination with compensation and hiring stakeholders to close candidates
- Maintain ATS accuracy, ensure clean pipeline data, and support reporting on hiring funnel health
