Requirements
- Proven experience as a CFO at a consumer, CPG, DTC, or subscription business at scale ($75M–$300M).
- Completed sell-side M&A transaction, recapitalization, or significant financing experience as a financial principal.
- Led or co-led at least one full-cycle ERP implementation (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent).
- Expertise in physical/inventory businesses, perishable goods supply chains, and retail margin structures.
- Track record of improving business results such as cash flow optimization or margin improvement.
- Strong people leadership skills in a lean organizational structure.
- Advanced proficiency in GAAP financial statements and internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Direct the annual operating plan process and present to the board.
- Oversee unit economics management and thresholds for acquisition investment.
- Manage omnichannel P&L architecture and retail/wholesale margin reporting.
- Oversee financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and internal controls.
- Maintain 13-week cash flow forecasting and optimize working capital.
- Manage non-dilutive financing instruments and debt facilities.
- Lead transaction readiness, M&A due diligence, and capital structure strategy.
- Serve as the primary management liaison to the audit committee and board.
