Requirements
- 8+ years of professional work experience.
- Experience and passion for generative AI, particularly for agents and coding.
- Deep understanding of how to use AI to increase quality.
- Track record of open source software contributions.
- Fluency in multiple programming languages (Python, TypeScript, Java, Go).
- Deep experience with concurrent programming.
- Experience designing APIs and writing documentation for public libraries.
- Strong technical communication skills in English.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic coding systems.
- Implement Temporal AI SDK features supporting a broad variety of frameworks.
- Develop a deep understanding of AI application development patterns.
- Take end-to-end ownership of new features.
- Collaborate with field staff on AI design patterns.
- Engage with the developer community to debug issues and gather feedback.
- Write public technical documentation.
