Requirements
- Sound understanding of project controls and project risk management tools.
- Technical knowledge of power plants and power equipment.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Capacity to adjust priorities as needed.
- 5+ years in field engineering, project management, or related experience.
- B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining area customers and building relationships.
- Preparing estimates and facilitating transition of estimates to proposals.
- Leading internal RFQ evaluation process and recommending bid or no-bid.
- Monitoring project activities to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Providing project status updates and communicating challenges to senior leadership.
- Leading risk analysis and recommending strategic project solutions.
- Reviewing effectiveness of project leadership and coaching direct reports.
- Completing all commercial, operational, and company reporting requirements.
