Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin or Java.
- Experience with a web framework like Micronaut or Spring.
- Background in SaaS environments.
- Cross-stack mindset with willingness to work in web or mobile.
- Proficiency or eagerness to adopt AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot.
- Strong engineering judgment and adaptability.
- Ability to think in terms of user impact and ownership.
- Experience pairing with designers or working from mockups.
- Knowledge of instrumentation and experimentation tools like A/B testing, Grafana, or Mixpanel.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, PostgreSQL, and messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.
Responsibilities
- Join a product squad and collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Engage in end-to-end software ownership.
- Shape product decisions and understand user problems.
- Conduct rapid prototyping and validate ideas.
- Implement features from APIs and data models to user experience.
- Utilize AI coding tools to navigate codebases and bridge technical gaps.
- Carry features through to rollout and observe impact.
