Requirements
- Currently serving on active duty in the U.S. military
- Have at least 90 days of active service remaining prior to approved separation date
- Approved or in the approval process for participation in the DoD SkillBridge program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to initiate conversations and outreach to new contacts
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Motivated to work independently and take ownership of results
Responsibilities
- Participate in conversations with companies to identify hiring challenges and business goals
- Contribute to outreach campaigns, messaging, and client targeting
- Support relationship-building with HR and talent teams
- Connect with veteran organizations, transition offices, and military installations
- Manage contacts and follow-ups through CRM
- Support the creation of proposals and learn negotiation skills
