Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing complex mid-market and enterprise healthcare accounts
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations at scale
  • Experience managing change and rolling out technology across multiple locations
  • Practical experience in regulated healthcare environments, including state-level regulations and compliance
  • Proven success in driving account expansion within existing customers
  • Excellent communication and navigation of complex stakeholder environments

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of US customers, serving as the primary point of accountability for adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Drive account growth through new product adoption, additional locations, expanded programs, and broader organizational rollouts
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Sales to ensure clean handoffs, aligned expectations, and continuity across the customer lifecycle
  • Identify expansion opportunities by understanding customer goals, workflows, and operational constraints
  • Lead customers through implementations, pilots, and phased rollouts as MedMe launches new capabilities or enters new states
  • Guide customers through operational and regulatory change
  • Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, and Operations to define success criteria and timelines
  • Share structured feedback from customers to inform product prioritization and rollout approaches
