Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B outreach, healthcare sales or facility recruiting
- Experience interacting with decision makers and presenting solutions
- Solid understanding of commercial processes, lead generation and follow-ups
- CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Instantly AI or similar)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- High resilience, autonomy and results orientation
Responsibilities
- Identify, contact and generate interest in hospitals, clinics and nursing homes
- Present the platform and communicate clearly its value proposition
- Lead the process of onboarding and activation of new facilities
- Develop relationships with decision makers within the health sector
- Give constant follow-up to prospects until their activation
- Manage and record activity in CRM
- Meet and exceed activity KPIs (calls, follow-ups and activations)
