Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B outreach, healthcare sales or facility recruiting
  • Experience interacting with decision makers and presenting solutions
  • Solid understanding of commercial processes, lead generation and follow-ups
  • CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Instantly AI or similar)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • High resilience, autonomy and results orientation

Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact and generate interest in hospitals, clinics and nursing homes
  • Present the platform and communicate clearly its value proposition
  • Lead the process of onboarding and activation of new facilities
  • Develop relationships with decision makers within the health sector
  • Give constant follow-up to prospects until their activation
  • Manage and record activity in CRM
  • Meet and exceed activity KPIs (calls, follow-ups and activations)
